Orders can only be cancelled **before they have been shipped**. Once the product has left our facility, we are unable to process a cancellation request.
Refunds are eligible **only if the package is found to be damaged upon delivery**. To initiate a claim:
Upon receiving the returned package, our quality control team will examine the product. A final refund decision will be made based on this examination, and you will be notified of the status via your registered mobile number or email.
Approved refunds will take approximately **8-10 working days** to be credited back to your original payment method.
