Returns & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled **before they have been shipped**. Once the product has left our facility, we are unable to process a cancellation request.

Damage Claims & Refunds

Refunds are eligible **only if the package is found to be damaged upon delivery**. To initiate a claim:

  • Immediate proof of damage (photographs of the outer packaging and the product) must be submitted to our customer care.
  • The damaged products must be returned to our **Nashik Head Office**:
    Flat No. 201, 2nd Floor, Hema Apartment, Gulmohr Garden, Jaibhavani Road, Nashik Road, Nashik (M.S.) 422101.

Examination & Processing

Upon receiving the returned package, our quality control team will examine the product. A final refund decision will be made based on this examination, and you will be notified of the status via your registered mobile number or email.

Approved refunds will take approximately **8-10 working days** to be credited back to your original payment method.
